Holocaust related

What was the fate of the Jews of this city during the Holocaust?

Between 21 and 23 June 1941, the Jewish population of the entire county was forcedly brought to Tecuci and under a prefectural ordinance all of them were obliged to reside only in the "Jewish district". They were constantly supervised by police agents. The 1943 census shows that the city's population numbered 23,150 inhabitants, of which 2613 were Jews.
